Leslie specializes in working with youth, couples and families to reduce anxiety, balance perfectionism, build self esteem, and reduce difficulties in relationships. Leslie is passionate about providing support to help clients discover and affirm their true authentic self. She believes everyone should have a safe and healing place to work through the complexities of life. Leslie is committed to assisting each individual build on their existing strengths to live their best possible life. Along the therapeutic journey, she helps kids and adults learn to regulate emotions, develop positive coping skills, and alter unhelpful patterns that get in the way of the life they’d like to live. Her approach is warmth, curiosity, careful listening, humanistic talk therapy, action oriented play, and art. Leslie holds a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and has previous experience leading adolescent social skills groups. She is supervised by Toni Ratzburg.

 

When not in the therapy office, Leslie enjoys yoga, cooking, and spending time with her husband and sweet dog, Remington.
