If you’re unable to attend in person, we can arrange virtual sessions through our secure and confidential platform.
Operating Hours
Our team is available via phone and email during regular working hours, however, we are a team of clinicians and schedule our appointments during the day, so if you don't immediately reach us, we will return your message as soon as possible.

As a team, we provide sessions 7 days a week, however, different clinicians may not be available on certain days.
Please talk with your clinician about their availability.

We are an outpatient program, which means we are not available 24/7 or for crisis situations.
If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 988, 911, or go to your nearest emergency room.
