School Based Services
By partnering with schools, we create a holistic approach to fostering emotional resilience, confidence, and a more positive school culture.

School Based
Therapy
Our therapists provide individual and group therapy for students on campus, addressing a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, dysregulation, social struggles, trauma, and more. By offering therapy on-site, students have greater access to the support they need. They are able to receive in the moment interventions that help them apply what they have learned in real life situations. We work closely with school staff and parents to ensure that mental health (and social emotional learning) is integrated into the student's overall educational and emotional development plan, promoting a sense of safety and support within the school environment.
Consultation to Administrators
We offer expert consultation to school administrators in order to help create a more supportive and understanding environment for students, faculty, and staff. Our therapists work with school leadership to identify mental health trends, implement effective strategies for addressing emotional and behavioral concerns, and provide training to staff on how to support students' mental health needs. We collaborate to create plans and practices that prioritize emotional well-being for students and staff. This supports all members of the school community and aims to empower educators to feel confident in supporting the mental health challenges students face. Parent
Education
In addition to supporting students and school staff, we offer presentations and workshops for parents aimed at equipping them with the tools and knowledge needed to support their children's mental health. Our presentations cover a wide range of topics, including managing stress, promoting healthy emotional development, understanding common mental health issues, communication, connection, co-regulation, screen use, and strengthening family dynamics. By educating and empowering parents, we encourage them to be active partners in their children's mental health journey, both at home and in school.
SEL Program Development
We assist schools in developing comprehensive mental health (and SEL) programs that address the diverse needs of their students and school community. From creating anti-bullying initiatives to developing SEL curricula, and mental health crisis plans, our therapists help design programs that support emotional well-being, build resilience, and foster positive relationships. They aim to empower students and the adults that work with them on campus. By incorporating evidence-based practices and a holistic approach, our program development services help schools create a supportive, inclusive environment where students can thrive.
