Growing Together: A Community Mental Health Event for Parents & Children

Who It’s For: Parents and children (ages 5-9)

This event is all about connection, play, and learning! While children play and create art in our sensory room, parents will get the chance to learn about play therapy and co-regulation—tools that support emotional growth and bonding.
